The breakfast was very good, with fresh fruits every morning. The staff was also friendly and helpful, especially Eduardo and Rodrigo, who answered all my questions. Definitely will stay there again when I go to Santiago.

Loved it!

Greeted by friendly staff entering the smallish lobby. The rooms really are suites...with full living room and large bedrooms with kingsize bed...walk in closet to large bathroom and even a small galley kitchen. Tea and Coffee are served downstairs 24 hours. It is really lovely. Our room looked out to the lovely patio (and small pool area..but they have an agreement with a nearby pool, we didn't get a chance to look into because of our plans) The rooms were beyond spacious and comfortable. The kitchen supplied a lovely breakfast and ordered supper there one evening..too lazy to leave hotel , but pleased by the delicious food! (Bolognesa sauce is not minced but chopped meat and plenty of it...delicious!) In the business area not the Historic area and cross town from the airport. Close to a large mall and very upscale 'foodcourt' (with full size american restaurants...) In the other direction there is a large area a few blocks away with many traditional Chilean restaurants...keep walking past the first 4 or 5 restaurants in a row another block or so to get to this area...but nothing wrong with choosing any of the first few restaurants either...) didn't take metro from this hotel, so not sure how close the nearest station is...but Santiago metro is easy to navigate and clean. Stayed at 3 hotels in this area and this was the very nicest.

Excellent hotel to stay in when travelling to Santiago.

Very nice rooms with plenty of space. The room was clean and had everything you'd need for a good stay. The location of the hotel is excellent. In a good neighborhood but still not far away from everything. The staff was super friendly.

The bed was too soft for me but my wife liked it. The breakfast was ok.

The bed and pillows was the most comfy bed I have ever slept...

The bed and pillows was the most comfy bed I have ever slept in! The room was so spacious, warm and clean! Room cleaning every day which was lovely. The hotel staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was great. The location is in a quiet and lovely side of town.

After all day of exploring, you just wanted to relax in the room and watch TV. The only down side was, there was no English program on the TV. The wifi connection was very poor specially in the evening so you couldn't browse properly either. The metro is quite far away (25-30mins) walk, but the bus stop is about 5mins walk away.

Location is only 15 min from the Airport.

Location is only 15 min from the Airport. Staff was really accommodating and helpful. I would strongly recommend this property for young families travelling to Chile. Rooms are spacious, and well maintained.

The hotel is located in a really busy intersection and might get noisy, however the view to Los Andes is worth the noise!!!.

Best place to stay in East Santiago.

Excellent place! Big rooms with a kitchenette if needed. Very clean and very comfortable. The value for the money makes this the best place to stay in the East side of Santiago.

The breakfast was a bit of a let down. Most of the times, the hot dishes plates were empty. The breads are only OK.

In general terms all was good, the rooms are big and comfortable.

Esta en un buen lugar, pero le falta mucho mantenimiento, está viejo y descuidado. Las habitaciones en realidad son demasiado grandes para un viajero de negocios, así que recomiendo para familias numerosas.

muy buena ubicación, excelente la atención, necesita renovación de instalaciones

la ubicación como siempre excelente, buena atención, esta muy desmejorado el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y debería hacerse una buena renovación

los colchones están muy gastados y se hunden demasiado, toallas viejas y ásperas, poco cuidado con la limpieza, realmente en este momento el punto flojo del hotel son las habitaciones, yo voy siempre a este hotel realmente esta vez me decepcionó

Amplio, cómodo y super limpio.

Excelente toda la experiencia en el hotel. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo allí pues las habitaciones no solo son grandes y cómodas sino que muy bien equipadas y super limpias. La decoración de los espacios es muy elegante y de buena calidad. La cama es cómoda, el baño muy limpio y la cocina bien equipada. El secador de cabello es semi profesional así que no lleves el tuyo porque vas a cargar con algo inncesariamente. El desayuno es bueno, no es muy variado pero bien. La atención de todo el personal es excelente, siempre sonrientes y consultando si necesias algo extra.

Solo agregaría un par de entradas de corriente al lado de la cama para cargar el cel, pero es un detalle nadas más.

muy buen hotel.

excelente desayuno variado y con fruta, que se agradece. habitaciones muy buenas con gran espacio y una pequeña cocina donde hay hasta un hervidor, que es realmente necesario. un buen descanso y el personal te atiende super bien. pasamos 6 noches completamente cómodos con ganas de quedarnos mas días. superó mis expectativas.

Excelente hotel en Vitacura

El café recién hecho estaba rico, pero luego de unos 20 minutos no quedaba bien.... es lo único que no me gusto mucho del hotel. Otra cosita más, pedí una excursión al Embalse del Yeso... me recomendaron un Opetador, digamos que no fue de lo mejor, el vehículo en que fuimos si bien era Mercedes, era antiguo, su aire acondicionado insuficiente... tuvimos un inconveniente en ruta y el vehículo no llevaba gato... a la vuelta nos prometieron parar a un lugar con venta de Chicolates y no lo hicieron....

La excursión que me recomendaron. El café me gusto poco

La habitación, espaciosa, cómoda, luminosa y con un balcón enorme. Las sábanas son un sueño. El desayuno está muy bien, los jugos son naturales, hay mucha variedad de frutas, masas y panes.El personal es muy cordial, la estadía fue perfecta!

Lo único que cambiaría es el café por uno de mejor calidad, no instántaneo.

El espacio es muy grande. Todo de calidad: habitacion, sala de estar, baño y cocina.

El personal es excelente.

El personal es excelente. Nos olvidamos todo nuestro dinero en la caja. Hicimos check out, nos dimos cuenta a los kilometros, llamamos al hotel. Y nos aseguraron que sólo nosotros entráramos a sacar el dinero. Demorando la limpieza de la habitación. Muy agradecidos.

Excelente hotel. Si tengo que decir algo... mejoraria el café. No el desayuno, que era bueno, y con productos de calidad, en un hermoso ambiente.
